What you’ll learn in this basic Hebrew class:

We get it, you don’t know anything more than “Shalom and Mazal Tov,” that’s about to change! This class is perfect for you if you’re completely new to the language and you want to get the basics down to start reading, writing and speaking Hebrew.

Know Before You Go

Nothing! Because this course is designed for complete beginners, you’ll be ready to join even if you’ve never spoken Hebrew in your life.

At the end of this 9-week session you will:

·       Have learned the Hebrew alphabet and basic vowels

·       Be learning to read and write the language

·       Be able to introduce yourself to native speakers

·       Talk about your family

·       Tell people about yourself

·       Ask and answer everyday questions

Nervous? Don’t Be! From day one, you’ll be engaging in conversation with your instructor and your classmates. This will prepare you to feel confident and comfortable when speaking with natives, traveling to Israel, or helping your children/grandchildren with their homework.

Important:

This class may or may not require additional fees for books/materials outside the class price.

Please email Caren Leven at Carenl@bzdisarel.org or 410-484-4510 for more information.

Plans Change? We get it! That’s why you have until 7 days prior to the start date of this class to make any cancellations. After that, refunds cannot be offered under any circumstances.
